Organizations

An organization groups apps, tests, etc. with users that have access to those resources. You can invite or remove users from organizations to grant/revoke access to resources within the organization.

Invite Users

Note: Only organization Admins can invite/remove users from organnization.

Step 1

When logged into the dashboard, click on the organization list at the top of the page. Then, click on "View Organizations".

Step 2

Select the organization that you want to add the user to.

Step 3

Click the "Invite Users" button.

Step 4

Enter a comma seperated list of emails, select an organization role, then click on the "Save" button.

The options for organization user roles are below:

Role Description
Admin - Can invite/remove users from organization.
- Create/read/update/delete permissions on all resources.
- Can run tests.
- Can update organization settings.
Tester - Create/read/update/delete permissions on most resources.
- Can run tests.
- Cannot invite/remove users to organization.
- Cannot update organization settings.
Runner - Can run tests.
- Can view/read all resources.
- No create/update/delete permissions.
- Cannot invite/remove users to organization.
- Cannot update organization settings.
Read Only - Can view/read all resources.
- No create/update/delete permissions.
- Cannot run tests.
- Cannot invite/remove users to organization.
- Cannot update organization settings.

The users will be listed in the organization with the label "Invitation Pending". The users will recieve an email with instructions to join the organization.
